Alter Product Fellowship Program

Alter's Product Fellowship is open to product managers and product designers with a passion for building empathetic and innovative products. Fellows spend 6+ months embedded in the product or design teams at an Alter partner company (a high-growth tech start-up in an emerging market), working closely with the executive and engineering teams to build core products.

Fellows will be completely embedded in the venture's team at their headquarters in Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Nigeria, or Colombia.

Projects: Fellows have the flexibility to design their projects in conversation with the company leadership, based on their experience and needs of the company.

What you will gain:

  • Play a critical role in scaling technology for a leading venture
  • Step up in a new or more advanced role with full ownership and autonomy
  • Be immersed in a new business culture and geography
  • Lead and/or mentor teammates while building capabilities
  • Gain access to the Alter network of leaders and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and beyond

The application deadline is November 22, 2022 — the earlier you apply, the better! The Alter Orientation for the Spring Cohort will take place March 16-18th, 2023 (location TBD) and first day with the ventures is March 27, 2023.

Please see our brochure for the Alter Fellowship Program for more insight and info.
