As an immigrant and former female founder herself, Yana joined Alter out of a deep belief in the need for and value in supporting and empowering entrepreneurs from all backgrounds and regions.
Leading the Platform team, Yana spends her days working with portfolio companies to support them in their day-to-day development and growth, and sharing our Alter mission with the outside community.
Prior to Alter, Yana co-founded a sleep and wellness company in San Francisco, and led product development teams at Estée Lauder in New York. She has a degree in International Business and Diplomacy from New York University, and enjoys traveling, reading and following the latest Formula 1 season in her spare time.
