• Previous experience in managing, scaling & leading an operations team in a technology company
• Top-tier analytical capabilities demonstrated through previous experience
• Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way - from junior commercial team to technical data scientist
• Having a nose for value & efficiency, i.e. being able to identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities & set 80/20 ambitious targets
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English;
• Top tier MBA
• Fluency in Spanish
