Data Scientist at Inventa

• Proficiency in Python and the following libraries: Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, xgBoost, Tensorflow, Pytorch
• Extensive data wrangling experience (3-5+ projects in a professional environment) and ETL development and maintenance for large volumes of data
• Understanding of statistical principles of key Machine Learning prediction algorithms
• Experience solving optimization problems (at least 1 project in the portfolio)
• Knowledge on testing methodologies, version control (e.g., GitHub), Python programming best-practices (e.g., PEP8 conventions), and estimation of need of computing resources
• Experience developing and productivizing Machine Learning models in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Good at structuring data approaches to solve business challenges and ability to translate data-driven insights into business actions
• Practical mindset and team player
• Fluent in English (proficient understanding of written English is a must)
