Operations Lead at Inventa

Founded by a team of former executives at Rappi, McKinsey and GSB graduates, Inventa is on a mission to reduce inefficiencies in the supply chain and make retail easier and more data-driven for both manufacturers as well as SMEs.

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields, with 3+ years of work experience
• Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow
• Previous experience with Analytics/ Data Science in a professional environment
• Top-Tier analytical capabilities, demonstrated through previous experience
• Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way - Having a nose for value, i.e. being able to identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities
• Proficiency in data-related programming languages, especially Python/ R and SQL
• Fluency in English. Plus - Previous experience as people manager
• Knowledge of web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS)
• Portuguese (for Spanish-speaking candidates).
